Dagma Restaurant

Dagma is the hotel restaurant, where chefs Pedro Montolío and David Bourg, together with the kitchen team, reinterpret Mediterranean and traditional cuisine with a creative menu that blends different gastronomic cultures, all prepared with local and seasonal products.

Their creative, modern and innovative proposals pay attention to every detail to offer a wealth of textures to satisfy all tastes.

All accompanied by a range of local wines, carefully selected by our restaurant team.

Open all year round. Reservations for lunch menu from Monday to Friday from 12:30h – 16:00h and dinner from Monday to Sunday from 19:30h – 23:00h.

Free of charge parking included: park your car just in front of the main door of the hotel and the Reception will show you how to get there.

Terraza Dagma

Terraza Dagma is a casual space that focuses on tapas and smaller dishes, with a menu of light options for a quick meal or light bite by the pool at any time of the day.

Good quality food and efficient service for more informal meals, accompanied by a wide range of drinks and cocktails.

La Terraza open daily from 10:30h – 23:00h (without reservation).

Upcycling in Dagma

Barcelona Princess is developing several plans in terms of sustainability and corporate social responsibility, which is one of our core values.

In our continuous quest to minimise our impact on the environment, we have introduced upcycling into the operation of Dagma Restaurant.

Upcycling is an initiative that takes recycling to a new level. Instead of sorting and breaking down waste to create new raw materials, upcycling uses the waste generated by the business as a raw material to create new useful items. Skilled artisans use this waste to create items such as plates, cocktail glasses, bottle holders, reserved signs, candle holders and sauce jars for use in Dagma Restaurant.
