PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Each client reservation will be guaranteed by its own credit card.
The Hotel will charge the first night of stay to each client 45 days before arrival to the hotel.
INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATION POLICY
- Any change or cancellation must be received by written
- Until 45 days prior to arrival, in case of cancellation no penalty charges will be applied.
- From 44 to 15 days before arrival, any individual cancellation will be billed at 50% of the stay reserved.
- From 14 days to the arrival, any individual cancellation will be billed at 100% of the stay reserved.
- Any “no-shows” (guaranteed rooms that are not occupied on the day of arrival) shall be invoiced on the basis of 100% of the stay.
